Z Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 1978 by Stephen Ziolkowski specializing in the design, production and delivery of custom-built steel and aluminum products.

Z Manufacturing, Inc. is located in La Verne, California and occupies a 30,000 sq. ft. facility. Our capabilities include Solid Works design programmers, and Virtual Gibbs Cad/Cam design programming with solid and 3D surface capabilities, prototype to production service and company trucks for local deliveries. Available services include mig, tig, spot and induction certified welding, CNC forming, CNC machining, complete fabrication, tube rolling tube bending, grinding, certified electrical assembly, and laser cutting.

Stephen Ziolkowski, President/Owner
Steve has worked in the steel fabrication industry for over 30 years. During that time, he grew Z Manufacturing Inc. from a small, one man welding shop to a high volume, high quality steel production and design fabrication facility. Steve's background includes MIG/T1G welding, mill/lathe machining, and design capabilities, allowing him to communicate with all departments within the company.

Diego Vargas, Fabrication Shop Manager
Diego has extensive knowledge of all projects related to welding, tube bending, and assembly. His leadership skills and high quality standards ensure that the customer receives quality parts with on time delivery. Diego has been with Z Manufacturing Inc. for over 15 years.

Hugo Guardado, Sheet Metal Department/Final Assembly Manager
Hugo has worked for Z Manufacturing Inc. for 15 years. Hugo has comprehensive Knowledge in sheet metal fabrication, including shearing, bending, and assembly.

Brad Bayless, Programmer/Machine Shop Manager
Brad's extensive CNC machining and programming experience provides the most efficient shop methods, allowing Z Manufacturing Inc. to give its customers the best price and lead times possible. Brad has been with the company for over 10 years.

Daniel Ziolkowski, Laser Operations Manager

Dan has worked within all departments at Z Manufacturing Inc. for more than ten years, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, Pomona. He has extensive knowledge with SolidWorks Design software, enabling the organization to benefit from the most up-to-date technology available in laser operations, as well as in all processes company wide.
