A. Our fabrication shop is 30,000 square feet.
Q. What format of drawing files is acceptable?
A. We work with all types of CAD drawing files.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We have been doing business since 1973.
Q. Do you have any minimum volume requirements?
A. No, we will accept any quantity metal fabrication job.
Q. What is your sample or prototype policy?
A. We charge time and material cost for doing metal fabrication prototypes.
Q. Do you work with customer supplied material?
A. Yes, we may accept drop shipments.
Q. Do you powder coat finish in house?
A. We subcontract this work but accept full liability for the results.
LASER Cutting
Q. What type of material do you work with?
A. Stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and various plastics. The only material that we cannot LASER in house is copper.
Q. What thickness of material do you work with?
A. We can cut steel up to 5/8”, stainless steel to ¼”, and aluminum to ¼”.
Q. Are size constrains?
A. The LASER bed is 60”x120”.
Q. Do you work with tubing?
A. Please call with details for tube cutting.
Specialty Welding
Q. Will you weld on my work site?
A. We do not offer on-site welding.
Q. Do you have any size constraints?
A. No.

Q. What information do you need to process an order?
A. A part order and a finical agreement or deposit depending on the nature of the job.
Q. How do you process blanket orders?
A. A blanket P.O. with release dates or signed letter of intent.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Custom parts are nonrefundable unless defective.
Administrative Questions:
Q. What is your typical quote response turnaround time?
A. 1-3 days.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. COD, Net 10, or Net 30 depending on the order.
Q. What information is needed to set up a credit account?
A. Only a standard credit form issued by Z Manufacturing Inc.
