 Z Manufacturing Inc. operates a CL-6 laser cutting system manufactured by Cincinnati Inc. This large CNC Laser cutting system will easily fabricate jobs once considered too difficult or costly using traditional metal cutting systems. The CL-6 offers 2500 watts of continuous power with a cutting table that can accomodate any size sheet up to 5' x 10'.
 Utilizing an advanced precision ball screw drive system, fiber optic controls and dual pallets, the CL-6 continuously produces high quality parts. Ball screw drives have long been the standard for precision machine tools including laser cutting systems. A precision ground, preloaded, ball screw combined with laser interferometer lead error compensation results in a laser cutting system with a positioning accuracy of better than ±. 001".
